1. Ordering & Customization
- Accuracy: For all personalized items, please double-check your spelling, initials, and thread color choices before checking out. We embroider exactly what is provided in the order notes.
- Design Variations: Due to the nature of embroidery and digital screen settings, slight variations in thread color and design placement may occur. Each piece is uniquely crafted.
2. Processing & Shipping
- Turnaround Time: Our current processing time is 3 business days. This is the time it takes to create your item before it is handed to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping: Once an item leaves our studio, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a structural defect or an error made on our part..
4. Product Care
To ensure the longevity of your embroidered apparel:
- Machine wash cold, inside out.
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.
- Do not iron directly over the embroidery design.
5. Cancellations
Once production has begun on your custom piece, we can no longer cancel the order.
